Where are you based out of?

We are based out of Nashua, New Hampshire!

Where does your inventory come from?

At the moment, we have wholesale/drop shipping accounts with Elite Force, Airsoft Station, and Amped Airsoft, as well as a wholesale account with E-Armory. So we can stock a pretty wide variety of things! For more info on dropshipping, click here!

What does this mean for what I can order?

Essentially, if Elite Force, Amped, or Airsoft Station have it in stock, you can buy it from us! It would not cost any more for you to utilize Airsoft AF and it would get drop shipped to your door, so it’s a great way to help support local businesses. E-Armory stock will be purchased in bulk, and only restocked when all or most of the previous order is sold. We will also keep a small selection of items on hand for in-person pickup.

Do you appear at fields or events?

We have not gone to major events in the area just yet, but you may have seen us at some of the FGF Airsoft swap meets! We plan on continuing to appear at local swap meets, as well as attend game days and possibly some larger events with smaller stock items for sale.

How do I order from you?

Dropship orders must be made through Al himself. This could either be by contacting him directly through discord or other Airsoft AF social media, or by emailing sales@airsoftaf.com.

For drop shipping, send a message with links, specifics (if the link has options or if you want multiple of something), and how you’d like to pay. We will then respond with a PayPal invoice and make the order as soon as the invoice is paid.

For physical inventory, add the items you want into the cart and buy as you would on any other web store. We will then reach out to the email provided to coordinate a time for you to come pick up your order. Physical inventory items are restricted to in-person pickups for the time being.

What if I have an issue?

If you have a question or issue with an order, send an email to support@airsoftaf.com with your name, invoice/order number (if applicable), and your question/an explanation of your issue. We will help you troubleshoot issues, answer questions to the best of our ability, and sort out returns if you received a defective item.

How can I get in contact with you for something other than support or sales?

Where can I get updates on stock, product offerings, events, etc.?
